Great facilities, beautiful scenery, and good food. the rooms were cleaned fast, and every service was of decent quality.
It was quite hard to communicate with the staff, and they seemed to be a bit indifferent towards customer complaints. the location wasn't too close to many popular attractions.

Great food options, including delicious buffets and sit-down restaurants. Beautiful beach with opportunities for swimming and boogie boarding.Pleasant staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Early morning towel game, with guests saving seats as early as 4am. Check-in process was inefficient and frustrating, with reservation mix-ups.

The hotel is conveniently located on a public beach, offering a beautiful view of the ocean from the room. the four a la carte restaurants provide a variety of dining options, and the buffet restaurant has a wide selection of delicious food. the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the hotel offers facilities such as a pool, spa, and a beach massage service.
The pool area could use some maintenance, as there are a few missing tiles that need to be replaced.
